Career Development Professional 4

The Career Development Professional 4 (CDP 4) provides services to a caseload of highly complex clients. They have a capacity to work with and support all clients regardless of need.

They may also work to support other CDPs with case conferencing.

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • Connection to the community
  • Ability to perform
  • Knowledge of agencies/organizations for referrals
  • High knowledge of government programming
  • Funding expertise
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary or equivalent
  • Recommended to have a CCDP designation (obtained or working towards)
  • Formal training in case management practices
  • Able to perform or conduct needs assessments
  • 5+ years of experience in the field
  • Demonstrated all competencies of CDP 3
